TP400-H40-9 thermal conductive gap pad is a material with high thermal conductivity, double sided nature tacky , and when used in the assembly of electronic components, it shows low thermal resistance and better electrical insulation characteristics under low compression force. It can work stably at -40℃~150℃ and meet the requirements of UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade.
