TP200-H35-S is an 2W/(m·K), ultra-soft thermally conductive gap filler pad, which is made of silicone and thermally conductive ceramic filler, natural adhesive on both sides, exhibits excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation performance at low compression force, and meets UL94 V-0 flammability.
