TG600 is a thermal grease with a high thermal conductivity coefficient. This product does not contain metal thermal fillers, offering excellent heat resistance, long-term stability, and reliability. Its low Bond Line Thickness (BLT) effectively reduces the contact thermal resistance between the heat sink and the heat source. It is widely used in thermal management for PCB system components and photovoltaic inverters.
