TG300 is a thermal grease with a high thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistance. Formulated without metallic fillers, it provides exceptional thermal stability, long-term reliability, and optimized interfacial wetting. The ultra-low BLT minimizes contact thermal resistance between heat sources and sinks, making it ideal for applications requiring minimal compression thickness, constant pressure, and screen-printing compatibility.
