Its phase change temperature is around 50–60°C.
When the PCM material reaches its phase change temperature, it transitions from a solid to a viscous semi-liquid state, which allows it to effectively fill surface gaps and reduce thermal resistance.
It offers excellent thermal conductivity and stability.
According to customer requirements, it can be customized into various shapes and sizes to meet different application needs.
When applied between heat-generating components and heat sinks, it can significantly reduce interface thermal resistance and achieve excellent thermal performance.
