GF400 is a high-efficiency thermal conductive silicone two-part potting compound with a thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/(m·K). It is divided into A/B components and mixed according to 1:1. After mixing evenly, it can self-discharge and solidify at room temperature. Dustproof, waterproof and shockproof, flame retardant, sealing, bonding, thermal conductivity and excellent caulking effect, it can be used for thermal conductivity packaging of heating electronic components.
