PCM200 is a high-performance thermal phase change material with a phase change temperature point of 50-60°C. PCM200 is a solid flake at room temperature and a paste after the phase transition temperature, with excellent wettability and compressibility. It can be cut into various sizes according to customer requirements and attached between the radiator and the power consumption electronics. Fill the gap between the heat source and the radiator to minimize the thermal resistance. The PCM200 offers high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance and excellent reliability.
