AOK Thermal Grease Features
Our Thermal Greases provide high thermal conductivities, minimum bondline thicknesses and superior surface wetting. They don’t dry out or pump-out and remain stable through all standard reliability testing.
The advantage of using a liquid dispensable Gap Filler is the ability to apply the material to very specific areas and at varying thicknesses, thus offering commercial and technical advantages. It is usually used as the thermal conductive medium in electronic components to reduce the heat resistant of the contact surface, consequently reduce the temperature of the electric component.
Thermal Grease Compound Process and precautions:
Clean the surface to be coated to remove the oil contamination;
Uniformly extrude the heat conduction silicone grease to the surface;
Note that the coat of grease should be uniform;
Only a thin layer of grease is needed, a thicker layer do not provide high thermal conductivity.

The Storage and transporting:
Store in the shady and dry area, the shelf life is 12 months under 25°C.
It is non-dangerous and can be transported as general chemicals.
